Job Context:
∎ Mostafa Group of Industries is a renowned and well-established company in Bangladesh. The Group has been cycling its business since 1952 with a High Profile. However, to make management more robust we require a Surveyor cum Clerk who has the following working abilities.
∎ Job Location: Oodaleah Tea Estate, Najirhat, Fatikchari, Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct land surveys to identify property boundaries, topographical features, and other key details.
∎ Create detailed maps and survey reports using specialized software and equipment.
∎ Research and analyze existing property records and legal documents to confirm land ownership and boundaries.
∎ Advise clients and stakeholders on survey findings and how they may affect development plans or property transactions.
∎ Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure that survey information is integrated into design and construction plans.
∎ Use GPS and other surveying technologies to collect and analyze data on land features, structures, and utilities.
∎ Develop and implement surveying plans and schedules, including setting up survey control points and markers.
∎ Conduct field investigations to locate property corners, establish boundary lines, and verify the accuracy of existing survey data.
∎ Manage and maintain survey equipment, ensuring that it is calibrated and properly functioning.
∎ Ensure that all survey work is completed in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Prepare and present evidence in court cases involving land disputes.
∎ Provide technical guidance to junior surveyors and field crews.
∎ Prepare and submit bids and proposals for survey work.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all survey data and documentation.
∎ Attend meetings with clients and project stakeholders to discuss survey findings and provide updates on progress.
∎ Any other assignment instructed by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land Survey, Layout Work
∎ Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary motivation.
∎ Strong organizational/Communication/interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be Honest, Sincere, Punctual and Disciplined.
