Responsibilities & Context
EXPERIENCE / JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Set and monitor machines during normal production operations.
Prepare the working area for new production and ensure all machines are ready for operation.
Assist machine operators in resolving operational and production-related issues.
Immediately report any machine failure, breakdown, or operational trouble to the concerned supervisor/technical team.
Follow up and monitor machine operators to ensure proper and efficient machine operation.
Manage manpower allocation according to production requirements.
Arrange and redistribute operators during breaks, food time, and prayer time to maintain continuous production.
Ensure production activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to company procedures.
Coordinate with operators and supervisors to minimize downtime and maintain smooth production.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Machine setting and basic operational knowledge.
Good understanding of injection molding production.

Good communication and leadership skills.
