∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Fluency in English is required.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound calls to sell our products/services in the USA.
∎ Generate new sales/subscriptions for various services.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
∎ Work NIGHT SHIFT (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM) at the office.
∎ HSC, O-Level, A-Level, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
∎ Fluency in English is Required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance, T/A
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salary advance assistance for unexpected expenses after 3 months.
∎ Dinner after 3 months of employment.
∎ First Increment review 6 months of employment.
∎ Earn KPI-driven sales bonuses, adding to monthly salary on targets.
