Job Context:
∎ ZEQNO is hiring a International Call Center Telemarketer to join our Call Center sales Telemarketing team. The successful Call Center candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss about Product and service and other work related to general contracting. We`re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission on top the salary. You will also make follow-up calls when appropriate to close sales. We are seeking experienced International Call Center telemarketers to bring out the best.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Approach International English Speaking Client/ Individuals On A Daily Basis As Per Campaign Requirements.
∎ Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services
∎ Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
∎ Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
∎ Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
∎ Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
∎ Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
∎ Schedule appointments for Call Center sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Computer Knowledge
∎ Able to Work Monday To Friday (40 Hours a Week) Night Shift - 9 PM to 6 AM
∎ International Call Center or
∎ Call Center Experience
∎ Telemarketing Experience
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Plus Target Based Sales Bonus (1,000 - 10,000)
