Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales and overseas recruitment targets.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries from prospective candidates.
Counsel candidates on overseas job opportunities, visa procedures, eligibility, and required documentation.
Convert inquiries into successful applications through effective follow-up and relationship building.
Assist candidates with document collection, application preparation, and submission.
Maintain accurate records of leads, candidate progress, and daily activities in the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the recruitment, processing, and operations teams to ensure smooth candidate placement.
Stay updated on overseas job market trends, visa requirements, and immigration policies.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and company compliance.
