Responsibilities & Context
Conduct professional Call Center communications with business owners and potential clients.
Follow up on leads via WhatsApp, Facebook, phone calls, and other online channels.
Schedule, coordinate, and execute online business meetings with prospective clients.
Present suitable software solutions based on clients` business needs and challenges.
Explain POS software, Business Automation features, packages, and business benefits.
Handle client inquiries and objections, and provide professional consultation.
Maintain accurate call logs, meeting records, and follow-up status.
Build strong client relationships and achieve assigned meeting, sales, and KPI targets.
