Department: Marketing & Bidding | Location: Baridhara, Dhaka | Type: Full-time | Reports to: General Manager, Tender
Responsibilities
Prepare technical proposals, bidding forms, and supporting documents for national and international construction tenders
Prepare drawings, layouts, and site sketches in AutoCAD
Check technical submissions against tender specifications and evaluation criteria
Search and track ongoing, submitted, and upcoming tenders
Compile, index, and format bid documents, including e-GP submissions
Prepare construction programmes and manpower, equipment, and material schedules
Experience with World Bank, ADB, JICA, or other multilateral-funded projects is a plus point
