Responsibilities & Context
About the role:
You will be the technical contact for our factory customers. That means advising on yarn and textile chemicals, working through machine and process problems with their teams, and making sure our products perform once they’re on the floor. You’ll work closely with our head office and suppliers, so you need to be comfortable explaining technical issues clearly and following them through to a fix.
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Dhaka facility. Occasional visits to factories outside Dhaka should be expected..
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering from a reputed engineering university
What we’re looking for:
3-5 years of experience at a reputed organization.
Solid working knowledge of different textile yarns and the chemicals used in textile industries.
Strong communication skills in Bengali and English, written and spoken.
Willingness to travel outside Dhaka as the job requires.
Salary Range:
Salary range :45-65k (Negotiable)
