Have brief knowledge of banking and commercial terms.

Good command over English and Bengali languages, both oral and written.
Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-mails.
Responsibilities & Context
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction·
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication·
Open customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer`s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
New product sample tracking towards to bulk order monitoring & delivery at customer end as well as both side smoother coordination.
Customer wise credit management vs collection monitor follow up to achieve monthly target achievement.
Visit customers and maintain good business relationship to ensure timely recovery of debts.
Applicants should have experience in the following areas: Customer service, order entries, PI, customer response, problem solving, credit control, garments accessories, garments trims & accessories.
Other duties as delegated from time to time by the management.
