Strong analytical and quantitative capability with data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Business strategy
Responsibilities & Context
Lead the Corporate Banking Division to achieve sustainable growth in assets, liabilities, revenue, and profitability in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
Develop and implement business strategies to acquire new corporate and institutional clients while strengthening existing relationships.
Drive growth in corporate lending, deposits, trade finance, cash management, and other corporate banking products and services.
Ensure sound credit assessment, portfolio management, asset quality, and risk mitigation in compliance with the Bank’s credit policies and Bangladesh Bank regulations.
Monitor business performance, profitability, budget targets, market trends, and emerging risks to ensure sustainable portfolio growth.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, AML/CFT guidelines, internal policies, and corporate governance standards.
Collaborate with Risk Management, Treasury, Trade Finance, and other relevant divisions to optimize balance sheet performance and risk-adjusted returns.
Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective leadership, coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
Provide periodic business performance reports, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to Senior Management.
Strengthen customer experience, promote digital banking solutions, and explore cross-border business opportunities to enhance the Bank’s competitive position.
Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and regulatory observations, fostering accountability and a strong culture of compliance.
