Job Summary
We are looking for 5 experienced, dedicated, and detail-oriented Female Visa Executive Officers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates must have at least 2 years of practical experience in visit visa processing for multiple countries, a strong understanding of visa documentation, and excellent client communication skills. Candidates should be capable of handling visa applications efficiently and providing professional guidance to clients throughout the application process.
Job Location: Building Name “Mika Silverstone,” House 03, Ring Road, Mohammadpur, Opposite Japan Garden City, 6th Floor (Lift 5), Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
Visa Application Processing: Prepare, review, and process visit visa applications for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Document Verification: Review passports, bank statements, financial documents, travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and other supporting documents required for visa applications.
Client Consultation: Communicate with clients, understand their travel requirements, and provide appropriate guidance regarding visa eligibility and documentation.
Visa Documentation: Prepare application forms, cover letters, travel purpose statements, and other necessary supporting documents.
Appointment & Submission: Manage visa appointments, application submissions, and follow-ups with relevant embassies and visa application centres.
Application Follow-up: Monitor application progress and keep clients informed about application updates and visa decisions.
Country-Specific Visa Requirements: Stay updated on visa requirements, documentation guidelines, and application procedures for different countries.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure a high standard of customer service.
