Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Maintain general ledger, cash book, bank book, vouchers, and financial documents.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly financial statements, income and expenditure reports, and other management reports.
Operate ERP software and maintain all relevant accounting and financial records.
Monitor purchase, sales, inventory, and expense transactions.
Maintain VAT and tax records and assist with regulatory compliance.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable financial regulations.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
