Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Com (Hons) / B.B.A. major in Accounting or Finance from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain daily income and expenditure of all units of the hospital in proper way.
∎ Performing duties according to the organizations rules.
∎ Preparing journal voucher, debit voucher and credit voucher.
∎ Regularly posting in software.
∎ Regularly maintain Cash book, ledger, cheque register, store register etc.
∎ Maintaining regular Banking activities and deducting tax according to the rules of Government.
∎ Responsible for maintaining pretty cash.
∎ Preparing yearly budget.
∎ Responsible for controlling extra expenses of budget and ensure the budget expenses according to the target.
∎ Preparing cash flow according to the budget and ensure the cash flow by approving the requisitions.
∎ Maintaining communication with Finance team and performing duties according to the direction of Finance team.
∎ Preparing salary sheet and distributing salary in proper way.
∎ Responsible for bill payment according to the purchase policy.
∎ Responsible for preparing monthly & yearly financial report.
∎ Responsible for helping external & internal Audit team.
∎ Any other duty assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience candidates will get preference.
∎ The candidate should be expert on Ms Office & using Accounts related software.
∎ The candidate should have experience in following areas:
∎ NGO/Hospital
∎ At least 2 years practical working experience as an Accountant/ Accounts Officer in a renowned NGO or Hospital.
∎ The candidate should have mentality to work extra work.
∎ The candidate should be honest, non smoker & hard worker.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 16500 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After 6 months, if he/she becomes the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
