Additional Requirements
Graduates from Government Universities will get preference (RUET, CUET, KUET, AUST, SUST and RU)
Experience in R&D / QC Department will get preference.
Candidates having experience in Fan, Super Enamel wire & cable manufacturing will be preferred.
Good knowledge of product development, quality control, testing methods and manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Purpose:
To manage Research & Development (R&D) and Quality Control (QC) activities of Super Enamel and Fan & Cables products by developing new/improved products, ensuring product quality, optimizing production processes and maintaining industry standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead R&D and QC activities for Super Enamel wire and cable products.
Develop and improve products and production processes through research and analysis.
Conduct testing, inspection, and evaluation of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications.
Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering and other departments for product improvement.
Prepare technical reports, quality reports and maintain necessary documentation.
Support new product development and process optimization initiatives.
