Responsibilities & Context
This role is responsible for performing Invoice receipt of all invoices, bank reconciliation, preparation of LC documents for PCL, TA/DA checking.
Conducting IR (invoice receipt) of all invoices, including correct VAT/TAX amounts.
Checking and preparing advice of TA/DA bills of Sales and logistics team, checking and processing any other personal claims.
Checking and preparing advice for OPEX for DD locations
Establish product costing, analyze factory expenses, and recommend improvements to senior management.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities, including SAP entries and reconciliations across all plants
Performing monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts of PLPG and PCL
Posting of all bank charges and intercompany fund transfers.
Preparing LC documents for PCL (intercompany and third-party sales) and posting receive entries in system.
Preparing monthly invoices for Aygaz (contract filling and SWAP) and follow up with the party.
Maintaining petty cash at HO.
Preparation of monthly intercompany reconciliation.
