Responsibilities & Context
This role is responsible to provide prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive customer experience and accurate documentation of all interactions. The responsibilities are as follows :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in line with company standards.
Log customer information and feedback accurately into CRM systems.
Resolve basic customer complaints or escalate to Supervisor when necessary.
Follow scripts and KPIs to ensure service quality and consistency.
Assist in implementing customer engagement initiatives led by Brand & Communications.
Provide feedback on common customer issues to improve service delivery.
Uphold data privacy and compliance requirements.
Support other team members as required to maintain smooth operations.
Follow all H&S rules, join toolbox talks and drills, and report any unsafe conditions or incidents.
Execute other responsibilities delegated by management that are relevant to the employee’s role, aligned with business priorities, and consistent with compliance and accountability standards.
