Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Freight Forwarding/ C&F, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enlistment of local forwarder and local transport agent (Truck, covered van and lighter vessel etc) with necessary formalities and documents as per policy of ACI and ensure entry in software for payment settlement and EFT.
∎ Agreement with selected freight forwarder and local transport agent on periodical basis.
∎ Collect requirement from purchaser regarding number of containers, port details, shipper and other details for shipment on FOB basis.
∎ Collect quotation from Freight forwarder through RFQ/Reverse auction or through other mechanism as per requirement of user.
∎ Collect requirement of consignment details (Company, Business, Factories, Gross weight, item details etc.) from C&F agent for hiring Van from port to Factories.
∎ Collect quotation from transport agent through RFQ/Reverse auction/SMS/Phone call or through other mechanism as per requirement.
∎ Negotiate with freight forwarder and transport agent and fix the rate and other terms and conditions and get it approved from authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
