Sound knowledge in store/warehouse & inventory management.
Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email correspondence.

Responsibilities & Context
Ensure proper storage and preservation of raw materials and packaging materials in accordance with established standards.
Manage inventory planning, stock levels, and reorder points, and coordinate material logistics.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), material receipts, issues, and stock transfers in SAP.
Raise material requisitions and ensure the timely supply of materials to the production floor.
Monitor daily material consumption, stock movements, and inventory accuracy.
Implement FIFO, monitor expiry dates, and control excess and slow-moving inventory.
Prepare daily stock, consumption, and dispatch reports, along with monthly inventory valuation reports.
Reconcile stock discrepancies and support inventory audits.
