Candidates with relevant experience in LPG manufacturing or plant operations will be preferred.
Willingness to work in a factory environment and manage employee-related issues effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain discipline in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-handling skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required, and stay at the factory location when necessary.
Responsibilities & Context
Strong knowledge of factory administration, attendance management, payroll preparation, and employee record maintenance.
Good understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law, factory compliance, and workplace discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Experience working with attendance and HR management software will be considered an advantage.
Strong documentation and report preparation skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including HR, Production, and Accounts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle workers and staff in a factory environment.
