Take full responsibility for receiving and inspecting yarn deliveries, ensuring that quality and quantity match the challan/invoice and reporting any discrepancies immediately.

Ensure proper storage, identification, and organization of yarn inventory by location and rack to maintain traceability and easy accessibility.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date bin cards and stock registers, ensuring that all inventory transactions are properly recorded.

Prepare and submit daily reports on yarn receipts, issues, and stock balances, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Ensure the timely and accurate issuance of yarn to the knitting section against authorized requisitions, verifying the correct shade, lot, and count.

Take ownership of monthly physical inventory, identify and investigate stock discrepancies, and ensure proper reconciliation with recorded balances.

Maintain effective control over yarn stock to prevent loss, damage, misplacement, and unauthorized issuance.

Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace safety, and compliance with established store management procedures.

Proactively identify and report inventory-related issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.

Perform any other duties assigned by management, taking full accountability for the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
