• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.

• Good command of both Bengali and English.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project/site visits.

• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and physically fit.

• Proactive and alert.

• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

• Willingness to stay at/visit project sites as required.

• Ability to work beyond regular office hours during emergencies or critical project requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned targets.

• Visit organizations, corporate offices, and field sites to develop new business opportunities and acquire clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.

• Manage both existing and potential clients through direct sales visits and face-to-face interactions.

• Formulate strategies to generate leads and drive conversions.

• Promote and sell the Company`s real estate projects, plots, apartments and other products.

• Monitor the effectiveness of ongoing advertisement campaigns and sales activities.

• Analyze property market trends to identify potential leads and opportunities.

• Coordinate the closing of property deals, ensuring all legal documents are signed and payments are collected.

• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, corporate events and other marketing activities.

• Provide guidance and training to team members on proper procedures and best practices.

• Ensure responsibilities are fulfilled with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.
