• Proficiency in technical presentation, product briefing, and conducting clinical trials/demos with Surgeons and Nephrologists.

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for business reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets for Dialysis Consumables and B. Braun Sutures.

2. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier Nephrologists, Surgeons, Heads of Surgery, OT In-charges, and Purchase Managers in major hospitals and clinics.

3. Team Leadership & Field Supervision: Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives; conduct joint field visits to close critical deals.

4. Market & Business Expansion: Identify potential institutions, government/private tenders, and new hospital setups to capture new market share.

5. Product Promotion & Clinical Demos: Organize clinical demonstrations, product presentations, and scientific sessions for medical professionals regarding B. Braun Sutures and Dialysis products.

6. Supply Chain & Forecast Coordination: Work closely with warehouse and technical teams for accurate product forecasting to prevent stock-outs.

7. Receivable & Credit Control: Oversee timely payment collection from corporate accounts and institutional clients.
