Must be able to explain products to customers in a simple, friendly way
Must be comfortable speaking in front of a camera (for product tutorials and video content)
Must be able to communicate professionally with customers by phone, Messenger or WhatsApp
Must be sincere, responsible and punctual
Must be eager to learn new beauty trends and skincare knowledge
Basic knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
We are a skincare and cosmetics company. We are hiring a skilled, smart and sincere Beautician who will give customers and partners accurate information and advice about our products.
Explain our skincare products’ features, ingredients, benefits and correct usage to customers and agents.
Understand each customer’s skin type and suggest suitable products and a skincare routine.
Answer customers’ product questions and help solve their skin concerns.
Occasionally appear on camera for product tutorials, demos and review videos.
Share product usage ideas and demonstrate products for social media content.
Guide beauty parlour and salon partners on product use and support their training.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the team.
Keep the office clean and keep product samples and demo materials organized.
