∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Branch Management, Branch Operation, Corporate Sales, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Direct Sales and Marketing, IT Support Service, Tendering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible and accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the Branch (Located in IDB Bhaban, Agargaon, Dhaka/ Sylhet/ Khulna/ Bogra).
∎ Develop sales forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
∎ Implement the agreed business plan, conduct follow up and monitoring to achieve planned business target and recovery.
∎ Overall responsibility to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales target that are given by the management.
∎ Ability to sale Projector, Interactive White Board, Interactive Flat Panel, Digital Display Board, MSI Laptop, Video wall, Sound system, Language Lab, Note counting machine, laptop etc.
∎ Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts and keep the business running among existing customers.
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Finding new customers for business development and ensuring maximum customer service.
∎ Should have good and strong communications skill to convince the corporate clients and Government bodies.
∎ Direct all operational aspects including channel distribution operations, customer service and sales (Corporate/Tender/Retails).
∎ Control all the sales activities of the branch.
∎ Arrange promotional activities like dealer program Fair, Road Show, Campaign & also encourage dealers to promote your product.
∎ Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
∎ Responsible for the branch and employee management in respect of attendance, visit, display, credit recovery etc.
∎ Set the Promotions/ Incentive program for particular product / Dealer.
∎ Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Have the capability to lead the Branch team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience with IT equipment selling company will get preference.
∎ Enthusiastic and challenge taking mind set is required.
∎ Willing to work independently as according to Management guideline.
∎ Good computer literacy is required in MS Office packages.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.

Salary: Negotiable
