Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The chief business officer (CBO) is responsible for aligning business strategies with market opportunities, overseeing business development, managing partnerships, and ensuring the integration of various business functions to drive growth and profitability.
∎ Drive sales and business development of PMaspire Group Companies.
∎ Drive team and ensure team sales for global franchise program, PMO software, LMS and other software products and team.
∎ Drive partnership growth globally
∎ Work closely with top management to achieve organizational strategic objectives.
∎ Motive and drive team members to achieve their individual goals
∎ Manage risk and issues proactively
