Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and create promotional videos, reels, shorts, and photo content for brand promotion.
- Professionally edit video content, including color grading, sound design, and smooth transitions.
- Create cinematic visual content according to assigned scripts, concepts, and creative directions.
- Select appropriate camera angles, lighting, and shooting techniques to ensure high-quality visual output.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ideas and deliver engaging visual content.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned projects.

Workplace:
Nayasharak Point, Kazitula Road, Sylhet Sadar.
Educational Requirements:
- Educational qualifications are flexible for candidates with relevant practical experience.
- Candidates with professional training in Cinematography, Film Production, or Video Editing will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
- Practical experience in Cinematography and Video Editing is required.
- A strong portfolio or previous work samples are mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
- Good knowledge of camera setup, lighting, and shooting techniques.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and visual storytelling.
- Strong creativity, communication skills, and ability to work with a team.
- Ability to maintain deadlines and work under pressure.
- Fluency in Bangla is required.
Salary:
