Senior Executive - Generator Sales

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or a relevant field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Generator Sales.

Candidates with relevant industry experience will be given preference.

Candidates must have proven experience in power generator / genset sales.

Experience in selling high-value industrial products, machinery, or power solutions will be an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.

Confident in dealing with corporate clients, project owners, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.

Highly energetic, confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Strong knowledge of the generator / power solutions market.

Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

Willingness to travel locally when required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparation of sales reports.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Generate new business leads through direct sales, networking, referrals, corporate connections, and other channels.

Promote and sell Scania Generator / Power Solutions through Europower BD Limited, the Authorized distributor of Scania in Bangladesh.

Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in the generator and power solutions market.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, project visits, and product demonstrations.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable generator and power solutions.

Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and follow up regularly to ensure successful sales conversion.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Maintain accurate customer databases, sales pipelines, and regular sales reports.

Coordinate with technical, commercial, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and customer requirements.

Contribute innovative ideas for sales campaigns, promotional activities, and market development.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, project visits, and business development activities.
