we are hiring a commercial manager who are capable to import paint & coating raw materials , vat-tax, banking, Customs and bond facility also expert on international trade.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.

• Candidates with academic backgrounds or training in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or Commercial Operations will receive preference.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Paint & Coating Industry, Raw Materials( Chemical, Decorative Paints( Water & Solvent Base), Protective Paints(Epoxy, Polyurethane Base), Marine Paints.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Basic knowledge of import-export procedures, LC documentation, and banking operations.

• Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Ability to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

• Honesty, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities & Context:

Actual HS code analysis for import paint & coating raw materials , Opening LC’s or TT’s , Custom Clearance, Supply chain cooperation, email corresponding with international suppliers, well English skill also commercial import knowledge.

Export-Related Activities

• Prepare and process export-related commercial documents, including Proforma Invoices (PI), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, EXP Forms, and other relevant documents.

• Assist in submitting export documents to banks for negotiation, collection, and payment processing.

• Monitor export proceeds realization and follow up with banks regarding outstanding export payments.

• Maintain export registers, shipment records, and related documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Coordinate with overseas buyers, banks, freight forwarders, C&F agents, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth export operations.

• Assist in preparing reports on import and export shipments, export proceeds realization, and outstanding export payments.

General Commercial Activities

• Maintain commercial files, registers, databases, and regular reports.

• Coordinate with Accounts, Store, Production, and other departments regarding imported materials and export shipments.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable import-export regulations and company procedures.

• Perform other commercial duties assigned by management.
