Construction Manager

• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials

• Age At least 35 years

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a Public University is mandatory.

• Minimum CGPA - 3.25

• Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in managing large-scale construction projects, from initial planning through execution and final handover.

• Proven track record of successfully completing high-value commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with required quality standards.

• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, applicable building codes, and industry standards.

• Ability to read, interpret, and review architectural, structural, and other technical drawings and documents.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to ensure effective coordination among stakeholders.

• Expertise in project budgeting, cost estimation, financial monitoring, and cost control.

• Strong project planning and scheduling capabilities to ensure timely completion despite unforeseen challenges.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, construction site safety, and compliance requirements.

• Ability to prepare and present progress reports, technical updates, and project documentation to clients, investors, and relevant regulatory authorities.

• Strong negotiation skills in managing contracts, variation orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
