Minimum 10–15 years of practical experience in electrical engineering, preferably in Real Estate, Apartment Development or Construction Projects.
Hands-on experience in high-rise residential and commercial building electrical systems.
Practical knowledge of electrical design, installation, supervision, testing and commissioning.
Experience in handling multiple projects and coordinating with contractors and consultants.
Strong technical, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidates having experience in reputed Real Estate Companies and Group of Companies will be given preference.
Experience in high-rise apartment projects, substation installation and project-based electrical works will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Plan, design, supervise and monitor all electrical installation and engineering works of residential and commercial apartment projects.
Prepare and review electrical drawings, layouts, load calculations, BOQ, cost estimates and technical specifications.
Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems, including transformers, substations, generators, LT/HT panels, distribution boards and electrical cabling.
Ensure proper installation and maintenance of lighting, power distribution, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm and other related electrical systems.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, quality control, material requirements and cost management to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards, BNBC, relevant government regulations and utility authority requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections, identify technical issues and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
Review contractors' work, verify measurements and certify electrical work completion as per approved drawings and specifications.
Provide technical support for electrical maintenance and operational requirements of different group companies.
