Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT-related tasks.
Responsibilities & Context
Department: Information Technology (IT)
Work Location: Rupayan FPAB Tower, Suite E-09, 2 Naya Paltan, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities
Graphic Design& Drawing: Design brochures, banners, company profiles, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
Network Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain the office network for approximately 15 computers.
Computer Maintenance: Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware and software.
Printer Maintenance: Maintain printers, troubleshoot printing problems, and manage printer installation and connectivity.
IT Support: Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT-related issues.
System Management: Install operating systems, update software, maintain antivirus protection, and ensure data security.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
