1–3 years of IT hardware or cabling field experience.
Valid safety training preferred.
Required Skills: Crimping and cable testing, basic fiber handling, PC hardware, CCTV basics, basic networking, ability to work shifts, on event days and at height.
Key Performance Indicators: 100% of the preventive maintenance schedule completed; ≥ 80% of tickets closed the same day; zero safety incidents; accurate stock records.
Responsibilities & Context
Carry out hands-on installation, maintenance and repair of IT hardware, cabling and low-voltage systems across ABG Sports City.
1.Lay, terminate, test and label network cables (Cat6, fiber patch cords) and patch panels.
2.Install and maintain CCTV cameras, NVRs, access control, PA systems and IP phones as instructed.
3.Assemble, repair and upgrade PCs, printers and UPS units; replace faulty parts.
4.Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on IT equipment, racks and UPS batteries.
5.Set up and dismantle IT equipment for events: displays, sound, Wi-Fi access points, POS counters.
6.Attend field tickets assigned by Support Engineers and close them with notes.
7.Keep the IT store in order: spare parts, tools and consumables, with stock movement records.
8.Follow electrical safety and work-at-height procedures; coordinate with the Electrical Department.
9.Submit a daily report of faults found, work done and materials used.
