Responsibilities & Context
The role
You'll make realistic storytelling films, reels and campaign images for Viisi Studio.
Job Responsibility
Edit and produce high-quality videos for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Create engaging videos from raw footage according to the given concept, script, and brand guidelines.
Use AI tools to create innovative videos, promotional content, reels, shorts, animations, and other digital content.
Utilize AI-generated images, voiceovers, animations, visual effects, and other creative elements in video production.
Perform video cutting, color correction, sound mixing, transitions, subtitles, text animation, and visual effects.
Create both short-form and long-form video content as required.
Develop creative video concepts and transform ideas/scripts into visually appealing content.
Stay updated with the latest AI video generation tools, editing techniques, social media trends, and viral content formats.
Create AI-based backgrounds, characters, voiceovers, graphics, and other visual elements when required.
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to produce promotional and campaign videos.
Complete assigned projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Make revisions based on feedback and continuously improve video quality.
Maintain consistency with brand identity, visual style, and content guidelines.
What you'll do
Turn the founder's direction into a monthly content plan: concepts, scripts, shot lists and storyboards
Make storytelling films, Instagram reels, and campaign stills (on-model, lifestyle and product) using AI models and scenes
Place our real products into AI scenes, matching light, reflections, gold colour and size on skin
Check every frame against the product photos and fix any drift by hand
Finish everything in the edit: pacing, colour grading and sound design
Deliver platform-ready content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, feed posts and carousels) and Facebook: a strong hook in the first 2 seconds, captions, and the right sizes (9:16, 4:5, 1:1)
Adapt content for other platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts as we grow
Check what performs on Instagram and Facebook and use it to shape the next month's plan
Keep one consistent look across all content, following our brand rules
Keep up with new AI tools and judge when they actually improve quality
What you bring
In order of importance:
Proof you can keep a real product accurate in AI video. Jewellery, watch or beauty work is best.
Planning skill. You can show the script, shot list or storyboard behind a finished piece.
Taste for premium, realistic work. Your portfolio looks like brand ads, not AI art.
You know what works on Instagram and Facebook right now: hooks, pacing, trends and formats.
Strong retouching and compositing in Photoshop, After Effects or similar.
Strong editing and colour grading in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
Hands-on use of AI image and video tools like Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, Higgsfield, Nano Banana or Midjourney. We care about results, not which tool.
You manage your own work remotely: you meet deadlines, flag problems early, and take feedback well.
Preferable Candidate & Nice to have
Basic 3D (Blender or Cinema 4D) for product shots
Experience keeping the same AI model's face consistent across content
A background in jewellery photography or retouching
A feel for young buyers in Bangladesh
Knowledge of Meta's AI labelling rules for Instagram and Facebook
How we hire
Portfolio review. We look for real product work first.
Paid test. We send photos of two real product pieces and a short brief. You send three concept ideas, a shot list for one of them, and a 10–15 second reel. We review the reel frame by frame against the photos.
Interview. You walk us through a shot where you put a real product into an AI scene, including how you fixed the reflections.
