Responsibilities & Context
Deliver inductions, toolbox-talk standards, permit-to-work, working-at-height, lifting, emergency and task-specific HSE training
Maintain competency records.
Provides technical guidance and coaching, monitors training standards, strengthens trainer capabilities, facilitates collaboration across functions, and supports management in operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
