Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Gprojukti.com is looking for CRE - TL who is expert in telemarketing and also can lead the CRE team & distribute the targets towards them.
∎ Job Responsibilities: ·        Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lead lists or databases.·        Lead Customer Relationship Executive full team with proper training regarding tele marketing/sales and distribute targets as well.·        Introduce products/services to potential customers and articulate their benefits and features effectively.·        Build rapport with prospects and engage in consultative selling to understand their needs and preferences.·        Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.·        Achieve monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.·        Keep accurate records of interactions, update customer databases, and report on sales activities and outcomes.·        Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.·        Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize results.·        Keep record of call, customer details and quarries.·        Coordinate Merchandising Department regarding products availabilities and sourcing as well communicate with shops or customer accordingly.·        Perform any other task given by the Management.
