∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience as Team Leader, Customer Care. Basic computer knowledge. Good oral communication skills. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. Willingness to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. To address client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner. To Assist in the preparation of property listings and marketing materials. To co-ordinate property showings and viewings. To maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. To support the customer service team in resolving client issues. To participate in training and development programs as required. Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
