Deputy Manager-Sales & Marketing

Minimum 5 years of experience in Garments Accessories or a related industry.

Good knowledge of the Bangladesh garments and textile market.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Good leadership and team management ability.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Willing to travel as required.

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Should have good knowledge and experience in Garments Accessories.

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company sales and revenue targets.

Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Set sales targets for the sales team and monitor their performance.

Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve their targets.

Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and business development.

Provide regular training and product knowledge to the sales team.

Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.

Visit customers regularly and maintain strong business relationships.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and secure orders.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve issues.

Monitor competitors, market conditions, and customer requirements.

Maintain regular communication with customers regarding samples, orders, delivery, and other requirements.

Organize and coordinate all sales activities.

Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and sales forecasts to management.

Monitor sales progress and take necessary actions to achieve targets.

Travel regularly within the assigned territory to develop new customers and maximize market coverage.

Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.
