Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and analyze product costs, including raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overheads.

2. Monitor production costs, identify cost variances, and recommend corrective actions for cost optimization.

3. Prepare and review cost sheets, cost statements, and periodic cost analysis reports.

4. Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and material consumption to ensure accurate costing.

5. Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other relevant departments for effective cost management.

6. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-reduction initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

7. Maintain accurate cost accounting records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.

8. Provide management with cost analysis and financial insights to support business decisions and profitability.
