Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and expand the company's market presence across the Chattogram and Sylhet divisions.
- Increase product availability, visibility, and market share in assigned territories.
- Monitor competitors' pricing, products, promotional activities, and market trends.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and regional targets.
- Monitor customer credit exposure and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution in coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain professional relationships with key customers and protect the company's reputation in the market.
