Responsibilities & Context
• Assist in structure planning and execution for short-term and long-term funding requirements (Fund-based & non-fund-based facilities).
• Monitor daily liquidity positions and manage multi-crore working capital to ensure optimal utilization of funds.
• Manage corporate deployments, surplus funds, and mitigate financial risks associated with interest rates and foreign exchange.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for consortium banks, financial institutions, and credit rating agencies.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, submit, and track loan syndication documents, Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data.
• Negotiate competitive interest rates, processing fees, and collateral terms. Ensure timely renewal of working capital limits (CC, LC, BG).
• Compile accurate Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and Cash Flow statements in compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP.
• Act as the key liaison for statutory, internal, and tax auditors, providing clean trail balances and system-generated schedules.
• Liability report and monthly bank reconciliation in the oracle software.
• Bank loan payment and other adjustment record and Daily update all financial data in the software.
• Supervise day-to-day bank finance across General Ledger (GL) in ORACLE Financials.
• Conduct regular reconciliations between Oracle sub-ledgers and the General Ledger to ensure zero variance.
