Responsibilities & Context
1. Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the student counselling and admissions team.
• Assign responsibilities, monitor daily activities, and evaluate team performance.
• Ensure team members maintain professional counselling and customer service standards.
2. Australia & New Zealand Student Counselling
• Provide expert counselling regarding higher education opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.
• Assess students' academic backgrounds, English language proficiency, financial capacity, and career objectives.
• Guide students on Genuine Student (GS) requirements for Australia and applicable student visa requirements for New Zealand.
3. Student Visa Processing & Compliance
• Supervise Australian and New Zealand student visa application processes.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Department of Home Affairs (Australia) and Immigration New Zealand requirements.
4. Reporting & Operational Management
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on enquiries, applications, offers, visas, and enrolment.
• Analyze conversion rates, team productivity, and overall admission performance
