Responsibilities & Context
Respond to student and parent inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook and in person
Counsel students on study destinations, universities, courses, costs and scholarships
Follow up with leads and guide them from inquiry to admission
Assist with application documents, admission and visa processing
Maintain accurate student records and lead status in our tracking system
Join training sessions, office meetings and occasional education fairs or seminars
Help build student trust through honest, transparent communication
