Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely submission of tenders to clients.
∎ Prepare and plan tender schedule / work flows / budgetary control / quotations.
∎ Responsible for Tender technical preparation, design & drawing (AutoCAD).
∎ Develop tender information collection process.
∎ Coordinate and work with internal cross functional departments to ensure accuracy and timely submission of proposals and tenders.
∎ Ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer's tender requirements.
∎ e-GP (Govt. Project), EOI & RFP Documents Preparation.
∎ Attend Pre-bid Meeting.
∎ Arrange JV (Joint-Venture Meeting).
∎ Implement safety, Health and environment regulations as per requirement and company policy.
∎ Undertake any other ad-hoc projects / duties as assigned.
Salary: Negotiable
