Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Call center solution software Issabel, Ticketing tools and NMS
∎ 2. Screening agents’ through tickets, emails, call recordings.
∎ 3. Coordinate with other departments for any vital customers/infrastructure incidents.
∎ 4. Coordinate with other departments (IIT/HR/Accounts/ERP/IPT and so on) for any LAN issues/ inventory tasks/general queries/ software malfunctioning.
∎ 5. Research on new tools/software (For ex: Ticketing/emailing/calling and so on) and train up team on the same.
∎ 6. Train up new resources/agents to enable them to provide customer support.
∎ 7. Monitor service delivery performance against targets and customer service indicators.
∎ 9. Ensure documentation standards are maintained.
∎ 10. Make roster of shifting resources and manage the same on regular basis.
∎ 11. Work with lengthy, critical, repeated unsolved issues.
