Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Post-Graduation from a relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International Procurement, IT Procurement, LC, Supply Chain Management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in procuring different types of products from international manufacturers, suppliers and online platforms.
∎ Assist in handling the inward freight operations for LC and direct shipments.
∎ Devise and use fruitful strategies in International procurement operations.
∎ Drive negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals based on the analysis & comparison of information about international suppliers' performance and price.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to improve effectiveness.
∎ Analyze the data and submit reports to the line manager and coordinate documentation purposes.
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to achieve company targets (e.g., Sales, Bid Management, Technology, Project Management, Finance).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good knowledge of LC operations, Import policy, SRO, HS and Customs activities
∎ Talent in negotiations and networking
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Apps
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Cognitive skills
∎ Collaborative mindset
∎ Ability to work under pressure
