Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains purchasing records and related documentation (Purchased products, delivery Information & Invoices)
∎ Responsible to maintain vendor payment database as per standard.
∎ Regular monitoring and update the monthly inventory sheet
∎ Responsible to follow-up with suppliers on invoice disputes, short or excess supply, damaged or returned materials.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the Management or concerned Authority.
Salary: Negotiable
