∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide tier 1 Help Desk support to all employees in-person and via phone.
∎ Mikrotik and Cisco router configure. Good knowledge with cisco switch. Configure Linux server such as apache, samba, ftp, Truenas, ovirt, cacti, ESXi.
∎ Ensure timely completion of Help Desk tickets, service request forms and maintenance of ticketing queue in alignment with team service level agreement objectives
∎ Assists in the maintenance of hardware inventory including performing periodic audits
∎ Configure and support desktop PC's, laptops and Other IT devices
∎ Assists the IT Executive with maintaining hardware and software
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software,systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliances.
∎ Able to work During holidays on call basis to cover 7 x 24 x 365 support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 33 years
∎ Non Muslim religion personnel will be given high preference
Salary: Negotiable
