Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build solid talent pipelines by maintaining the recruiting process and using a variety of sourcing/candidate attraction techniques.
∎ Assist hiring managers in writing job descriptions, and engaging in diverse and equitable hiring processes.
∎ Review applications, arrange interviews, guide candidates through the recruitment process, and respond to general inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
∎ Manage and monitor the employee leave management to ensure that the employees are compliant with the leave policy and update the leave database accordingly.
∎ Prepare and maintain all types of employment contracts.
∎ Prepare and distribute letters to employees for organizational requirements such as confirmation, increment, promotion, and other certificates.
∎ Work with the departing employee to complete necessary paperwork.
∎ Maintain and update the HR database.
∎ Update Company Organogram.
∎ Prepare various reports for managerial decision-making purposes.
∎ Manage filing and retrieval system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
∎ Basic knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws.
∎ Strong command of the English language.
∎ Commendable skills with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel Word, PowerPoint etc.) is a must.
