Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in ECE
∎ or Equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
System Engineer (Computer Network & System), System Engineer (Telecommunication Network)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation and maintenance of customers IP-PBX system and provide support to customers.
∎ Commission Voice Getaway and testing, IP Telephony equipment installation,
∎ Pre-Sales Meeting with Sales team.
∎ Day-to-day administration of billing server, prepaid and postpaid client provisioning, tariff or rate plan adding, call routing.
∎ Monitor Inbound and Outbound traffic to ICX, ANS
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years experience as System Engineer (Computer Network & System), System Engineer (Telecommunication Network). Linux Operating System.
∎ Installation & Administration of IP-PBX like Asterisk, Elastix etc.
∎ Installation & Administration of Call Center server.
∎ Working experience on FXO-FXS Devices, IP Phone, Soft Phone, Soft-switch.
∎ Installation, Commissioning & Testing PRI and SS7 link.
∎ Basic knowledge on database administration.
∎ Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
∎ ISP or IP Telephony Background preferred
