Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
∎ Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities
∎ Collect customer database from the individual department and updated to the CRM software for further query
∎ Quick response to customer queries and requests
∎ Communicate with customers in an informative manner, in keeping with brand’s voice and tone
∎ Respond to customer queries on our facebook and social media platforms regularly
∎ Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensive way
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls on time
∎ Prepare & submit a daily report on incoming and outgoing calls
∎ Prepare CSI and NPS report.
